How it forms

The lord of the 9th house, the house of fortune, is dignified (exalted, in its moolatrikona or in its own sign) and placed in a kendra or a trikona (the 1st, 4th, 5th, 7th, 9th or 10th house).

The lord of the ascendant must also be strong, which the engine reads as its Shadbala reaching the BPHS minimum.

What it gives

Abundance with grace: fortune, comfort and the means to be generous.
