How it forms

Venus sits in its own sign or its sign of exaltation (Taurus, Libra or Pisces), and that sign is a kendra, the 1st, 4th, 7th or 10th house, counted from the ascendant.

BPHS adds that the planet must be strong. The engine reads that as Venus’s Shadbala reaching the minimum BPHS sets; below it, the yoga is reported in a weaker form.

What it gives

Refined, charming and gifted with an eye for beauty, you tend to receive good homes, vehicles and cultivated company. The arts, design, hospitality, luxury trades, media and diplomacy flourish in your hands, and a supportive spouse is often part of the story. Moderation keeps grace from turning into indulgence.

What weakens it

Each of these makes the yoga weaker without removing it. The tag says how established the rule is.
